Returns & Refunds

30-day returns
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Email support@wholesaleclippers.com with your order number to start a return — we will send instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
Damaged or defective items
- On arrival: send a photo/video within 7 days of delivery — we ship a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice;
- Within 12 months: motors and batteries are covered by a limited warranty. Defects from normal use are repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion.
Non-returnable cases
- Items damaged by misuse, drops, water or unauthorized repair;
- Missing original packaging or accessories where the return is a change of mind;
- Requests made after 30 days of delivery (warranty cases excepted).
Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. After dispatch, please use the return process.
